Simply add goods to your shopping basket and continue to checkout where you will be asked to enter your credit card details through İyzico. Once you have placed your order, an email will be sent to you confirming the details of your order.
If you want to cancel / change or return your order please send an e-mail to [email protected] . the dispatch process can be very quick and once the order has been dispatched, it is no longer possible to cancel the order. however, you can return your order within 2 days after receiving. the product should be in its original packaging, complete and at the return shipment has to be made at your own cost. it is recommended to use a registered delivery service, COLOREVE is not responsible for any lost packages during the return process. a refund will be made when goods are received in good condition and complete. it can take some time before the refunded amount appears on your credit card. an exchange of products can be made as well under above listed conditions. no refund will be made for products that are returned incomplete, damaged, used or notified more than 2 days later.
